“ This place was pretty nice but it was kinda cold inside. The service was nice but they never said you're welcome when we said thank you. The food was delicious, I ordered a grilled cheese and sour cream fries, I didn't know that the sour cream fries were already on my plate when they brought it out, I just thought the potato wedges on my plate came with the grilled cheese so I asked the waiter where they were and they pointed at the potato wedges and said that's them, I honestly thought they were fries with sour cream on them. Pretty embarrassing if you ask me. ”
“ My wife and I have been here a few times, and the food is always great. When you arrive you can seat yourself where you please. Service is always awesome, and I'm not sure where you can find better. I personally opted for the Philly sandwich with onion rings, my wife had the Chicken Tacos. Both were very tasty and filling. The waitress was very efficient in keeping our tea filled and taking care of anything else we needed! ”

Like a said; these days it NEVER happens UNTIL you visit Shade Every single person in there is customer oriented. They are always cleaning, clearing tables, chacon guests.
